3. Products

EKANA offers clothing and related apparel products. We strive to display product details accurately. However, colors may vary depending on screen settings, and minor variations may occur due to production processes. All products are subject to availability.

4. Prices and Taxes

The prices displayed on the EKANA website are inclusive of VAT.

Shipping costs are not included in the product price. Shipping fees will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase. For deliveries outside the European Union or Egypt, local customs duties or handling fees may be applied by the destination country; these are determined by local authorities and are not controlled or collected by EKANA.

5. Orders & Contract Formation

An order is considered accepted once you receive an order confirmation email. EKANA reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock availability errors, suspected fraud, or to correct pricing/description errors prior to dispatch.

We accept Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash (in physical stores). All online payments are processed securely by third-party providers.

7. Shipping

Shipping destinations currently include the European Union and Egypt. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures or external factors beyond EKANA’s control.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by EKANA’s Return Policy. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

All content—including logos, designs, images, text, and branding—is the exclusive property of EKANA or its licensors. Unauthorized use or distribution is prohibited.

10. User-Generated Content

By submitting reviews or photos, you grant EKANA a non-exclusive, worldwide right to use this content for marketing. You confirm that you own the content shared. EKANA reserves the right to remove inappropriate content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EKANA is not liable for indirect damages, third-party carrier delays, or temporary website unavailability. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
